The Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center is a resource for the region, a place where, through exhibitions, programs, and outreach activities, all people can stretch their thinking about what history can teach us.  FAMCC contributes to the region’s sense of pride, giving Fredericksburg a distinct sense of place.  The Museum has more than 8,000 objects in its collection, seven permanent and five to seven temporary exhibitions annually.
