The Fredericksburg Area Museum & Cultural Center is restructuring to ensure its long-term financial viability. The museum recently sold the Catherine W. Jones McKann Center and will re-open in dynamically re-conceived Town Hall.
A large percentage of the Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center’s funding for operational costs is provided by private sources. Individuals, foundations, and businesses make possible the fulfillment of our mission and our continued service to area students, visitors, and residents.
If you value Fredericksburg’s nation-shaping history and the museum’s critical role in preserving and telling it, please consider supporting the Museum’s move to Town Hall by making a contribution.
