This year’s Community Artist Series begins with an exhibition of new works from local artist, teacher, and civil rights activist Johnny P. Johnson. The exhibition will feature more than a dozen paintings with subject matter dealing with past and present social issues.

Join us on Tuesday, May 14, from 7-9 pm as local artist, teacher and civil rights activist, Johnny Johnson, discusses his artwork from the Community Artist: Johnny Johnson exhibition.  This lecture is part of our Evening with an Expert series 1863/1963.
