About Culture and Cocktails

Culture and Cocktails is a great way to socialize with other Museum members and learn more about the objects in the Museum's collection. Join us as FAMCC staff discuss several of these objects and answers questions in an informal setting. The culture and cocktails are on us, so come and enjoy this great event! This event is FREE, but is for Museum members only. Registration is required - please RSVP to tjackson@famcc.org or 540.371.3037, ext. 400. Culture and Cocktails is usually the second Tuesday of the month, January-March and July-September.

About Military Surplus

Join the Fredericksburg Area Museum & Cultural Center’s Director of Collections & Exhibitions, Christopher Uebelhor, on July 25 from 6 – 8 pm for Culture & Cocktails: Military Surplus.  Uebelhor, along with Dan Goldstein, FAMCC Director of Development, will be showing Civil War-era firearms from the Museum’s collections storage. Most items have either never been on display, or have been in storage for years. Light fare and open bar are included as part of the evening.
